Blossoms Blooming Mentorship Program
The Annual Blossoms Blooming Brunch is a special annual occasion where young women, known as Blossoms, come together to celebrate and honor their mentors, Honorees, who have contributed to their academic, professional, emotional, mental, and spiritual growth.
This event has given rise to a 501(c)(3)-sponsored mentoring program for women in the Mid-Atlantic to build community, engage with one another, and collaborate on program initiatives to support local communities.
The Blossoms Blooming Mentorship Program, as part of the Claude C. Thornton Foundation (a 501(c)(3) organization), empowers young women to reach their full potential through academic and professional mentorship.
Last year we launched our 1:1 and group mentoring experience, grounded in discussion topics such as mindset, relationships and partnerships, sexual health, career mobility, professional opportunities, femininity and more.
